Western blot analysis of PPP2R2C in lysates from A549, MCF-7 cell line (from left to right). Samples were incubated with PPP2R2C polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49389) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates at 20 µg per lane.
