Western Blot analysis of SLC4A3 was performed using Lane 1-3: A431 and TM4 cells Human fetal brain tissue. The membrane was probed with SLC4A3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51351) using 1:200 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 90 seconds.
