NKTR Antibody (PA5-67992) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemical analysis of NKTR in formalin-fixed Hela cells. Cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with NKTR Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-67992) in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4°C in a hidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.

This gene encodes a membrane-anchored protein with a hydrophobic amino terminal domain and a cyclophilin-like PPIase domain. It is present on the surface of natural killer cells and facilitates their binding to targets. Its expression is regulated by IL2 activation of the cells.
