ATP Synthase O Antibody (PA5-72532) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ATP Synthase O in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle. Samples were incubated with ATP Synthase O polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72532) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the F-type ATPase found in the mitochondrial matrix. F-type ATPases are composed of a catalytic core and a membrane proton channel. The encoded protein appears to be part of the connector linking these two components and may be involved in transmission of conformational changes or proton conductance.
