CCP2 Antibody (PA5-72669) in WB
Western blot analysis of ZTE25 in ZF4 cell line, zebra fish muscle, Zebrafish tissue lysate (from left to right). Samples were incubated with ZTE25 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72669) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates at 35 µg per lane.

Metallocarboxypeptidase that mediates deglutamylation of target proteins. Catalyzes the deglutamylation of polyglutamate side chains generated by post-translational polyglutamylation in proteins such as tubulins. Also removes gene-encoded polyglutamates from the carboxy-terminus of target proteins such as MYLK. Does not show detyrosinase or deglycylase activities from the carboxy-terminus of tubulin.
