MDC1 Antibody (PA5-79652) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MDC1 using anti-MDC1 antibody (Product # PA5-79652) . MDC1 was detected in a section of A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-MDC1 antibody (Product # PA5-79652) overnight at 4°C. MDC1 participates in the early response to DNA damage. It is thought to be a member of the BRCT (BRCA1 C-terminus) super family of nuclear proteins. It contains an N-terminus forkhead-associated (FHA) motif, two C-terminus BRCT motifs and 13 internal repetitions of a 41 amino acid sequence.
