PCQAP Antibody (PA5-79656) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of MED15 using anti-MED15 antibody (Product # PA5-79656). MED15 was detected in a section of U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 2μg/mL rabbit anti-MED15 antibody (Product # PA5-79656) overnight at 4°C. This gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. Binding of the encoded protein to the dynein light chain protein affects binding to GATA consensus sequences and suppresses its transcriptional activity. Defects in this gene are a cause of tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I-III.
