Maspin Antibody (PA5-79979) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of Maspin in A431 cells using Maspin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-79979). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL.
