DLL1 Antibody (PA5-80554) in WB
Western Blot using DLL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80554) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: PC3 Membrane Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 78 kDa. Observed band size: 62 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Delta-like protein 1 (DLL1) is a transmembrane protein characterized by epidermal growth factor (EGF)-like repeats. It is a ligand for Notch receptor. It blocks the differentiation of progenitor cells into the B-cell lineage while promoting the emergence of a population of cells with the characteristics of a T-cell/NK-cell precursor.
