Western Blot using RFLAT-1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80754) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti- RabbitIgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 31 kDa. Observed band size: 35 kDa.

靶标信息
RANTES factor of late activated T-lymphocytes 1 (RFAT-1) represses transcription by binding to the BTE site, a GC-rich DNA element, in competition with the activator SP1. It also represses transcription by interacting with the corepressor Sin3A and HDAC1. Activates RANTES expression in T-cells. (Uniprot)
