Western Blot using LTA4H Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80783) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: A549 Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 60 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 70 kDa. Observed band size: 63 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).
