PFDN2 Antibody (PA5-80890) in WB
Western Blot using PFDN2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80890) at 1:500 dilution. Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 17 kDa. Observed band size: 17 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

Binds specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and transfers target proteins to it. Binds to nascent polypeptide chain and promotes folding in an environment in which there are many competing pathways for nonnative proteins.
