SOX11 Antibody (PA5-81264) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of SOX11 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with SOX11 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-81264, 1:5,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

This intronless gene encodes a member of the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The protein may function in the developing nervous system and play a role in tumorigenesis.
