A4GNT Antibody (PA5-88499) in WB
Western blot analysis of A4GNT in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with A4GNT Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-88499) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

This gene encodes a protein from the glycosyltransferase 32 family. The enzyme catalyzes the transfer of N-acetylglucosamine to core 2 branched O-glycans. It forms a unique glycan, GlcNAcalpha1->4Galbeta->R and is largely associated with the Golgi apparatus membrane.
