TRAC-1 Antibody (PA5-90268) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRAC-1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with TRAC-1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-90268) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

靶标信息
TRAC-1 is a 232 amino acid protein containing an N-terminal RING-type zinc finger domain. It functions as a positive regulator in the T-cell receptor signaling pathway, thus leading to T-cell activation. It mediates ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. TRAC-1 is expressed in lymphoid tissues, including bone marrow, spleen, thymus as well as in other tissues. It is predominantly expressed in the CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells, suggesting that it is preferentially confined to T-cells.
