Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - Flow: THP-1 cell, JK cell. IHC: human tonsil tissue.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
CD84 is expressed on mature B cells and on B cell lines, including pre B cell lines, but not on plasma cell lines. Immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that CD84 strongly expressed on tissues macrophages. CD84 is also highly expressed on platelets and, at low levels on peripheral blood T cells. It is a highly glycosylated protein and belongs to immunoglobulin superfamily. It may play a role in leukocyte activation.
