Golgi protein 58k Antibody (PA5-97218) in WB
Western blot analysis of Golgi protein 58k in various lysates. Samples were incubated with Golgi protein 58k Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97218) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Mutations in this gene are associated with glutamate formiminotransferase deficiency. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
