STRA13 Antibody (PA5-97288) in WB
Western blot analysis of BHLHE40 in extracts of H460 cells. Samples were incubated with BHLHE40 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97288) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 60s.

STRA13 is a DNA-binding component of the FA core complex involved in DNA damage repair and genome maintenance.STRA13 is recruited to forks stalled by DNA interstrand cross-links, and required for cellular resistance to such lesions. As a component of the APITD1/CENPS complex, STRA13 is also essential for the stable assembly of the outer kinetchore.
