GluD2 Antibody (PA5-97791) in WB
Western Blot analysis of GluD2 using a GluD2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97791) at a concentration of 2 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in 293T whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 61 kDa.

The enzyme catalyzes the reversible oxidative deamination of glutamate to alpha-ketoglutarate. Diseases associated with GLUD2 include Parkinson Disease, Late-Onset and Hyperinsulinemic Hypoglycemia, Familial, 6. Among its related pathways are GABA shunt and Carbon metabolism.
