GAS41 Antibody (PA5-98243) in WB
Western Blot analysis of GAS41 using a GAS41 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98243) at a concentration of 1.44 µg/mL. Lane 1: A549 whole cell lysate. Lane 2: Rat gonad tissue. Lane 3: U251 whole cell lysate. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:10,000 dilution. Observed band size: 26 kDa.

GAS41 has high sequence homology to human MLLT1, and yeast and human MLLT3 proteins. Both MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins belong to a class of transcription factors, indicating that the encoded protein might also represent a transcription factor. This protein is thought to be required for RNA transcription. This gene has been shown to be amplified in tumors.
