AAO Antibody (PA5-98359) in WB
Western Blot analysis of AAO using a AAO Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98359) at a concentration of 3 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: Cucurbita maxima (40µg, 20µg, 10µg, 5µg). A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 65 kDa.
