ATP6V0D2 Antibody (PA5-98618) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of ATP6V0D2 in HepG2 cells using a ATP6V0D2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98618) at a dilution of 1:166. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.

ATP6V0D2 is the subunit of the integral membrane V0 complex of vacuolar ATPase. Vacuolar ATPase is responsible for acidifying a variety of intracellular compartments in eukaryotic cells, thus providing most of the energy required for transport processes in the vacuolar system. ATP6V0D2 may play a role in coupling of proton transport and ATP hydrolysis.
