ERGIC2 Antibody (PA5-98799) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescent analysis of ERGIC2 in HepG2 cells using a ERGIC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98799) at a dilution of 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were counter-stained with DAPI.

ERGIC2 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of ERGIC2 in HepG2 cells using a ERGIC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98799) at a dilution of 1:100. ERGIC2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemical analysis of ERGIC2 in paraffin embedded human pancreatic tissue using a ERGIC2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98799) at a dilution of 1:100. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

ERGIC2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of ERGIC2 using a ERGIC2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-98799) at a concentration of 2.5 µg/mL. Positive WB detected in: Hela whole cell lysate, Rat brain tissue, Mouse brain tissue. A secondary Goat polyclonal antibody to rabbit IgG was applied at a 1:50,000 dilution. Observed band size: 43 kDa.
