HSPH1 Antibody (PA5-99283) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded HSPH1 in human testis tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with HSPH1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99283) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

HSPH1 prevents the aggregation of denatured proteins in cells under severe stress, on which the ATP levels decrease markedly. This protein inhibits HSPA8/HSC70 ATPase and chaperone activities.
