Fra2 Antibody (PA5-99459) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Fra2 in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with Fra2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99459) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

The Fos gene family consists of 4 members: FOS, FOSB, FOSL1, and FOSL2. These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that can dimerize with proteins of the JUN family, thereby forming the transcription factor complex AP-1. As such, the FOS proteins have been implicated as regulators of cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation.
