HIPK3 Antibody (PA5-99799) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of HIPK3 in A549 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with HIPK3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99799) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG(H+L) (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG(H+L) (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

靶标信息
HIPK3 is a serine/threonine kinase involved in signal transduction, cellular communication, and multidrug resistance of tumors and plays a role in the phosphorylation of FADD. HIPK3 negatively regulates apoptosis by promoting FADD phosphorylation. This kinase enhances androgen receptor-mediated transcription, and may act as a transcriptional corepressor for NK homeodomain transcription factors.
