P2Y10 Antibody (PA5-99925) in ICC/IF

Immunofluorescent analysis of P2Y10 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and P2Y10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99925) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

P2Y10 belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors, that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein isoform have been found for this gene. P2Y10 has been reported to be expressed in lymphoid cells and in monocytes derived from dendritic cells.
