TPI1 Antibody (PA5-99973) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of TPI1 in HepG2. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with TPI1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99973) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
This gene encodes an enzyme, consisting of two identical proteins, which catalyzes the isomerization of glyceraldehydes 3-phosphate and dihydroxy-acetone phosphate in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. Mutations in this gene are associated with triosephosphate isomerase deficiency. Pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 1, 4, 6 and 7. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
