How was the protein concentration of the recombinant swine GM-CSF determined?

We determined the protein concentration of our recombinant swine GM-CSF by measuring the OD280. Based on the amino acid composition of the protein, the conversion factor between OD and protein concentration is as follows: 1 OD = 0.9 mg/mL protein.
