Thermo Scientific™ Remel 毛癣菌琼脂根据营养要求对毛癣菌属进行区分。

Trichophyton Agars are to be used with Trichophyton isolates that have been presumptively identified by gross colony characteristics and microscopic morphology 2-5.

Trichophyton Agar No. 6 (Ammonium nitrate agar base) contains dextrose, monopotassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate and ammonium nitrate. Agar is the solidifying agent.

Trichophyton Agar No. 6 is the control medium used with Trichophyton Agar No. 7 to determine the histidine requirement.
