We do not recommend storing antibodies or proteins labeled with SiteClick sDIBO Alkyne Kit, pHrodo Deep Red (Cat. Nos. S10914, S10915) in solutions containing sodium azide, as pHrodo Deep Red is not stable in the presence of sodium azide. Consider using an alternative, non-azide-based anti-microbial.

Yes. You can use the SiteClick sDIBO Alkyne Kit, pHrodo Deep Red (Cat. Nos. S10914, S10915), to label any azide-modified protein as long as the azide moiety is accessible. You may perform a copper-free click reaction to label the protein with the sDIBO alkynes.
