SYBR™ Green I 核酸凝胶染料是可用于检测琼脂糖和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中双链 DNA (dsDNA) 的灵敏的染料之一。由于 SYBR™ Green I 对 dsDNA 具有更高的灵敏度,因此其特别适合用于存在污染性 RNA 或 ssDNA 可能模糊测定结果的检测。SYBR™ Green I 染料具有极低的背景荧光,其光谱特性与现有仪器中的光源和滤光镜套件非常匹配,这使其成为与激光扫描仪配合使用的理想选择。SYBR™ Green I 染料提供:

SYBR染料的pH范围是多少?
SYBR染料仅在很窄的pH范围内有效,约为pH 7-8。超出此范围,荧光信号将迅速消失。

所有SYBR染料都具有相似的光谱性质,但化学组成不同。所有SYBR染料都与dsDNA、ssDNA和RNA结合,但敏感性不同。SYBRSafe DNA凝胶染料是专门研发的溴化乙锭安全替代品。SYBR Green I是dsDNA的超灵敏染料,而SYBR Green II是RNA和ssDNA的高灵敏性染料。所有SYBR染料都适用于Safe Imager蓝光透射仪激发观察。
