How do I change to whom an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment is assigned?

Access Credit Manager to manage the eLearning course assignment. Select the eLearning course order and click on the Assign credits button to remove the existing user assignment.
Note: You can only change the assigned user if they have not yet accessed the eLearning course.

Can I assign an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment to more than one person?

You can assign an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment to more than one person only if you purchased multiple quantities. The number of quantities purchased equals the number of users that can be assigned to the course.

How long do I have to assign a purchased eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment to a user?

You have one year from the date of purchase to assign an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment to a user.

This account does not need to be a verified account and can be created by entering the following information:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
- Password

The email address used to create the account will need to be the same email used to delegate the administration of the eLearning course.

How can I delegate the administration of an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment to another user?

If you purchased an eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment, you'll receive an email with a link to manage your eLearning course. Once you access the link, you will be able to see the course you have purchased with the same order number as your web order. If you are unable to locate your email, please access the course directly via Credit Manager. You can save this link to your bookmarks to easily access Credit Manager anytime.

- Select the eLearning course order and use the Assign Administrator button to delegate the administration of the order to another user. Only you, as the purchaser of the eLearning course, can delegate or revoke the administrative rights of another user.

- Enter the email address of the new admin to delegate the administrative rights.

- The new administrator will receive an email notifying them of their role as an administrator and providing information on how to assign the eLearning course. The new administrator will not be able to delegate the administrative rights to another user.

What happens after I order a self-paced eLearning course for analytical instruments and lab equipment?

You will receive an email guiding you to assign the eLearning course(s). You can access the course via the link provided in the email or access it directly via Credit Manager to do one of the following:
- Delegate administration of the eLearning course to another user
- Assign the eLearning course to users who will access the system and undergo training
