Leibovitz L-15 培养基

Leibovitz's L-15 Medium supports the growth of HEP-2 monkey kidney cells and primary explants of embryonic and adult human tissue. L-15 is buffered by phosphates and free base amino acids instead of sodium bicarbonate. This medium is designed for supporting cell growth in environments without CO₂ equilibration.

Gibco™ L-15 is manufactured at a cGMP compliant facility, located in Paisley, Scotland, UK. The facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to the ISO 13485 standard. For supply chain continuity, Life Technologies offers an identical Gibco™ L-15 product made in our Grand Island facility (11415-064). This facility is registered with the FDA as a medical device manufacturer and is certified to the ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.

L-15 contains no proteins, lipids, or growth factors. Therefore, L-15 requires supplementation, commonly with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
