We recommend storing TaqMan Array Cards (TAC) at 2-8 degrees C. TaqMan Array Cards (TAC) are stable for 2 years from the manufacturing date. The expiration date is listed on the packaging.

Can poly A+ purified RNA samples be used with the TaqMan Human Endogenous Control Plate (Cta. No. 4309199)?

No. The plate has been designed to evaluate only total RNA. Ribosomal RNA will be removed from poly A+ purified RNA samples, and is required for accurate detection of the 18s rRNA endogenous control assay used on the plate.
