The Array Card Dye Calibration Kit is used to maintain your real-time PCR instrument with array card block. Dye calibration should be run after lamp change. The kit contains FAM™, VIC®, ROX™, ROI, and background calibration plates, as well as FAM™/ROX™ and VIC®/ROX™ normalization plates. Please see your instrument user guide for full instructions on use.
