FreeStyle™ 293-F 细胞

The FreeStyle™ 293-F cell line is derived from the 293 cell line and is intended for use with the FreeStyle™ MAX 293 Expression System or FreeStyle™ 293 Expression System. FreeStyle™ 293-F cells are adapted to suspension culture in FreeStyle™ 293 Expression Medium. Frozen cells are supplied in and may be thawed directly into FreeStyle™ 293 Expression Medium. The FreeStyle™ 293-F cell line is supplied in a vial containing 1 mL of cells at 1 x 10⁷ viable cells/mL in 90% FreeStyle™ 293 Expression Medium and 10% DMSO.

非动物源性、化学成分明确、低蛋白、还原生长因子、还原血清、无异源成分。FreeStyle 293-F 细胞系源自 293 细胞系，拟定与 FreeStyle MAX293 表达系统或 FreeStyle293 表达系统配合使用。FreeStyle 293-F 细胞适用于在 FreeStyle 293 表达培养基中悬浮培养。提供冷冻细胞，并可直接解冻至 FreeStyle 293 表达培养基中。FreeStyle 293-F 细胞系以小瓶形式提供，小瓶中含有 1mL 细胞，密度为 1 x 10⁷ 活细胞/mL，溶剂为 90% FreeStyle293 表达培养基和 10% DMSO

FreeStyle 293-F 细胞的特性：

• 使用低传代主细胞库培养物（来源于经过限制稀释后再克隆的亲代 293-F 细胞）制备
• 293 克隆来源的培养物在无血清条件下的总传代数仅培养至 30 至 35 代
• 适应高密度、无血清、悬浮生长，并可在 FreeStyle 293 表达培养基中培养
• 采用 FreeStyle MAX 试剂证明高转染效率
• 悬浮培养物可在 FreeStyle293 表达培养基中转染，无需更换培养基
• 可进行大体积细胞转染
• 电压极限：0.5-2.5kV
