MicroSEQ™ ID D2 Fungal Gene Library v3.0

The MicroSEQ ID D2 Fungal Gene Library v3.0 is for use with MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification Software. It contains 1,687 reference sequences covering 608 genera and 1,579 species. The library sequences represent the D2 region of the Large Subunit (rDNA) of yeast and mold species against which an unknown yeast or mold sequence can be compared to identify the unknown organism.
