This set includes IonCode Barcode Adapters 1301-1396, 1401-1496, 1501-1596, and 1601-1696. When used in combination with other IonCode barcode adapters and the AgriSeq HTS Library Kit, users can pool up to 1152 amplicon libraries and then conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis, which helps increase lab efficiency and reduce sequencing costs per sample.
