We recommend the following formulation when making your own: 1:2 mixture of H2O2 and tetramethylbenzidine.
However we also offer a few alternatives for purchase:
- Pierce TMB Substrate Kit (Cat. No. 34021)
- Support Pack Standard (Cat. No. BMS412) and Support Pack Plus (Cat. No. BMS414). Both of these ELISA Support Packs include stabilized TMB substrate (does not require mixing), assay buffer, wash buffer, stop solution and PBS. Support Pack Plus includes plates.
