EnzChek™ 对氧磷酶检测试剂盒是一种高灵敏度、均质荧光测定试剂盒,可测定对氧磷酶的有机磷酸酶活性。基于荧光类似物的水解,该测定试剂盒的灵敏度比比色测定试剂盒高 >10 倍,并且与比色测定试剂盒不同,可鉴别对氧磷酶活性非常相似的样品。在标准条件下,测定仅需 5 µL 血清,即可在 15 分钟内产生信号,并在 50 分钟内具有线性。测定仅需要单次反应,可连续监测或使用试剂盒中包括的终止试剂终止该反应。
