NP-40 lysis buffer

NP40 Cell Lysis Buffer is suitable for the preparation of cell extracts to be analyzed by Antibody Bead Immunoassay (Luminex), ELISA, and Western blotting. It can also be used as a wash buffer for immunoprecipitation reactions.

Solubility
It is soluble in water.

Notes
This buffer contains: 50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl, 1%NP-40 and 5mM EDTA. To use, incubate cells in 5 volumes of buffer on ice for 10-30 minutes.
