イムノキャップ総IgE
IgEの総濃度を定量化する

イムノキャップ総IgEは、ヒトの血清サンプルまたは血漿サンプルに含まれる遊離IgE抗体の総量（以下、総IgE抗体価）を測定します¹。アレルギーを原因とする喘息、鼻炎、アトピー性皮膚炎を患う多くの患者さんでは、総IgE抗体価が上昇することがあります^1-4。

イムノキャップ総IgEは定量検査で、2～5000 kU/Lの幅広い測定範囲内で総IgE抗体価を測定します¹。
