TBE (Tris/Borate/EDTA) Buffer is commonly used in nucleic acid electrophoresis. TBE Buffer is used for polyacrylamide and agarose gel electrophoresis. It is ideally suited for DNA and RNA separation on longer run, higher voltage or amperage gels.
