          Pan-MAGUK refers to the collective group of Membrane-Associated Guanylate Kinase (MAGUK) family proteins, which are scaffolding proteins involved in organizing signaling complexes at cellular membranes. These proteins play critical roles in synaptic signaling, cell adhesion, and maintaining the structure of tight junctions. Dysregulation of MAGUK proteins has been linked to various neurological disorders and cancers.
