CHKA Antibody (PA5-106290) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of CHKA in human normal tissues adjacent to lung cancer. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with CHKA polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106290) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

The major pathway for the biosynthesis of phosphatidylcholine occurs via the CDP-choline pathway. Choline kinase alpha is the initial enzyme in the sequence and may play a regulatory role. This protein also catalyzes the phosphorylation of ethanolamine.
