          This antibody does not react with amphibia, chicken, dog, goat, guinea pig, mouse or rabbit.

          The epitope recognized by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. We recommend the use of acetone fixation for frozen sections. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is tonsil. For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 µL.

          This product is a low-endotoxin, preservative-free formulation. Endotoxin Level: Less than 0.001 ng/µg antibody, as determined by LAL assay.

          Mouse anti Human HLA ABC antibody, clone W6/32 recognizes an antigenic determinant shared among products of the HLA A, B and C loci. Clone W6/32 recognizes a conformational epitope, reacting with HLA class I alpha3 and alpha2 domains.

          HLA-class I major histocompatibility (MHC) antigens are intrinsic membrane glycoproteins expressed on nucleated cells and noncovalently associated with an invariant beta2 microglobulin. They carry foreign determinants important for immune recognition by cytotoxic T cells, thus important for anti-viral and anti-tumor defense. Human HLA-class I antigens are represented by HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C molecules.

          HLA and MHC antibodies play a significant role in Immunopeptidomics, facilitating the identification and characterization of neoantigens through high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem Mass Spectrometry.
