Immunocytochemistry analysis of SIRT6 in HT-1080 cells. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; SIRT6 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53138) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

SIRT6 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry analysis of SIRT6 in HT-1080 cells. SIRT6 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of SIRT6. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with SIRT6 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-53138) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

SIRT6 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry analysis of SIRT6 in HT-1080 cells. Sample was incubated with SIRT6 monoclonal (Product # MA5-53138) antibody at a dilution of 1:2,000. Green, isotype control; red, SIRT6.
