NDE1 Antibody (PA5-96583) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of NDE1 in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using. Samples were incubated with NDE1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96583) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

NDE1 is s a member of the nuclear distribution E (NudE) family of proteins. It is localized at the centrosome and interacts with other centrosome components as part of a multiprotein complex that regulates dynein function. NDE1 protein plays an essential role in microtubule organization, mitosis and neuronal migration. Mutations to the gene lead to Lissencephaly 4 (LIS4) and Microhydranencephaly (MHAC).
