Key features across the EyeCGas family

The EyeCGas optical gas imaging (OGI) cameras are designed to deliver remarkable performance and safety for the oil and gas industry, and other industrial environments. With excellent connectivity, intrinsic safety certifications, and exceptional sensitivity for gas leak detection, these cameras set the standard for optical gas imaging. LDAR-ready capabilities, versatile thermographic imaging, and built-in gas quantification help to ensure comprehensive usability and reliability. Multi-spectral or tailored spectral filters optimize detection for target gases such as methane, VOCs, CO, and CO₂. Explore the advanced features that make the EyeCGas OGI Camera a leading choice for environmental monitoring and industrial safety.

Connectivity

Better connectivity – With exceptional connectivity, the EyeCGas OGI Camera offers video streaming and downloading via WiFi, and Bluetooth integration with 3rd party software and devices.

Intrinsically safe

Better safety – An intrinsically safe camera for OGI, the EyeCGas camera is designed explicitly for the oil and gas industry’s harsh environments. It is certified to meet IEC standards for temperature, humidity, vibration, dust, and IP65 water & dust protection. It is also certified for use in ANSI/ISA-Class I and II, Div. 2, & Class III, CSA C22.2 Class I, Div. 2 and ATEX II, IECEx EMT 19.0006X hazardous environments.

Gas leak detection

Higher sensitivity – With NETD of <10mK, the EyeCGas camera  is a highly sensitive OGI camera. It can detect leaks as small as 0.35 g/hr (methane) and is fully certified to meet EPA (NSPS) 40 CFR part 60, subpart OOOOa/b/c requirements.

LDAR-ready capabilities

Better usability – The EyeCGas OGI camera has smart LDAR operations offering wireless integration with leading LDAR software and quantification devices, allowing real-time component tag synchronization and a simple association between components, images, and videos.

Thermographic imaging

More versatility – Thermography mode enables accurate temperature measurement, six color palettes, and an option for easy export of radiometric data.

Gas quantification

Real-time detection and quantification — Built-in tools and software (e.g., EyeCSite) support both qualitative visualization and quantitative analysis of leaks.

More features

  • Multi-spectral filters – The EyeCGas OGI Camera offers three operator replaceable filters: for VOC gases 3.2μm to 3.4μm; for heavier alkanes (better for long-range detection) 3.3μm to 3.5μm; and for CO2 4.2μm to 4.4μm.
  • 4-year warranty – This ruggedized camera was built to last, with an extended warranty.
  • Free firmware updates –Camera software upgrades and improvements regularly provided free of charge.
  • Integrated 64 Gb solid-state memory, snapshot button, high-definition color camera, more operability.
  • Real-time component label synchronization
  • Built-in geotagging
  • Integrated with multiple technologies such as PIF/FID Method 21 analyzer data to realize intelligent LDAR.
